Take bread slices cut the sides.
Use a rolling pin to flatten out the bread.
Use a bowl & knife or biscuit cutter to cut out circles from the flattened bread slices.
Apply/brush ghee or butter in a small bowl or muffin tray and place the circles.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, till golden brown.
Take out the bread katori and fill it with boiled black chickpeas, boiled & cubed potatoes, finely chopped onion, pomegranate seeds, tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, black salt, red chilly powder.
Top it with sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
