Heyy hi everyone.hows everyone.Few days no notifications from our very own foodies???
i would like to share Cauliflower Lentil Biryani with Vegetable Raita and Dessert .
give me your feedback.:)

Recipe sharing down:
Recipe for 3 :
1. White Basmati rice - 1 cup( soak for 30 minutes)
2. Masoor dal -1/2 cup ( Soak for 30 minutes)
3. Water - 1 1/2 cup

4. Vegetables - Spinach - 3 big handfuls , Cauliflower florets -10 to 15 ( Big ) , Tomatoes -2 , Green Peas , Green Beans and Carrots.
5. Salt - Accordingly

6. Curry powder -3/4 th tbsp or Garam Masala or Red chilli powder , Coriander and cumin powder .

7. Oil -3 tbsp and Ghee -1 tbsp ( Optional )
8. Finely chopped mint .

9. Whole spices - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds, 5 cloves , 3 cardamom, small cinnamon stick and 2 Bay leaves .
