Pistachio pwd 3tbsp
Pistachio essence 1tsp
Green food colour few drops
Condence milk 1/2 cup
Green food colour 2drops
1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
3/4 cup icing sugar
Vanilla Essence half tsp
Shift flour n baking pwd keepaside
Mix butter n sugar till smooth add in eggs,essence,food colour mix well...slowly add the dry ingredient..fold in well n bake for 170° for 20 to 25mins
Once done remove the cake n poke the cake n make holes..using stick.
In a pan add milk+condence milk+cream mix well n add a pinch of green food colour...pour half of ths milk over the cake n let it set in refregirater reserve the half milk for serving...
Topping...blend on high whipping cream as thicken add in iceing sugar n vanilla essence n decor the cake with this topping n sprinkle pistachio pwd and chill it for 6 hrs or over night.
Serve with a pour of milk reserved..
