sweet potato fudge,i pepared yesterday

Healthy Flavoursome Plant based Fudge

Sweet Potato ? Fudge
No sugar No Jaggery No white flour
Recipe:
1 cup mashed sweet potato ?
1/2 cup powdered oats
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
2 tbsp finely chopped almonds
8 prunes
8 seedless dates
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup water

Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients, blend till mixture is combined well.
In a oven safe tin/ mould spread the mixture evenly. (Remember to grease the tin/mould)
Bake in a pre heated oven for 25 minutes at 150 degree . ( toothpick check if required keep for few more minutes) top of the fudge will be firm and golden brown.
Let it cool down for 45 minutes before you cut them into pieces.
It can be stored in air tight container for 3-4 days.
Serving suggestions: prepare peas pistachios cream spread over your fudge, garnish with pomegranates. If using cream store in fridge.
