We are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice. You will help PACA implementing projects, initiatives and developing functions, policies and procedures.
• Project Tasks
Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues.
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resources matters.
Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
Prepare human resources policies and procedures (recruitment, training, evaluation, vacations, working hours, etc.).
Prepare KPIs (Standard Performance Indicators) for all positions in PACA.
Design career and training path for PACA jobs.
Design and implement performance management requirements
Dashboard setups and senior management reports regarding the human resources management system
Providing advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues.
Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
Ascend the current human resources management system to a higher level.
Translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
No more than 3-4 months
Has appropriate qualifications and training courses in human resources.
Experience in human resources must not be less than 12 years.
Vast experience in projects and initiatives related to human resources.
Extensive experience in projects and initiatives related to human resources
Able to provide timely, relevant and cost-effective results.
