•Detecting issues, listen to customers’ description of phone problem, running tests, replacing parts, and reporting repairs to managers and manufacturers.
•Provided optimal customer services and managed work in fast pace environment
•Administered all paperwork and keep inventory of merchandise and order part new parts
•Tested repaired units and advised clients when they could retrieve their units
•Changing Power IC, charge IC, repair the motherboards; repair iPhone latest models like iPhone 7, 8, 10.
•Checking antenna, battery, LCD screens, keypads, buttons, camera, etc; may require replacing.
•Run a few tests and carefully assess the device's functionality before opening it up.
•Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
•Reassemble complete device.
•Support productivity by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner.
•Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work.
