We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager in our Oman Office The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments and/or vendors to ensure all aspects of each project are successful and will fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some flexibility when it comes to working hours, especially around end-of-month deadlines. The main job responsibilities of the project manager as follows

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications & Education Requirements

At least 7 - 10 years work experience with a minimum 5 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects
Successful track records of successful delivery in a PM role of two or more end to end SDLC projects
Experience with two or more of following IBM software solutions: API Connect, Integration Service Bus, RDBMS, Big Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Data Integration, Digital Business Automation, Workflow Automation, Robotics, Watson
Advanced communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and C-Level
Business analysis and requirement gathering experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional PMI certification
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
