The candidate is responsible for selling Manpower services & HR Solutions to clients, primarily focused on new business development.
Partner with clients to support talent strategy with temporary staffing and permanent placement focused in Oil & Gas, Civil Construction, Power and Desalination Plant, Fabrication, Electrical Sector, MEP Sector verticals.
Create sales plans that capitalizes on market/industry opportunity and aggressively hunt new business opportunities in your territory to drive results.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to delivery team and follow up on Payments.
Partner with individual or multiple markets to solution for the client and ensure successful implementation.
Offers customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of Manpower solutions.
Grow revenue and gross profit year-over-year.
Beat the competition and increase market penetration.
You will report to MD, BDM on daily basis with the updates.
Find Manpower Supply tenders and submit quote before the deadline.
Increase Manpower database. Get more client and supplier contacts.
Have a strong ability to negotiate with both clients and suppliers.
