To formulate and execute ASYAD’s corporate affairs strategy to ensure a positive public perception of ASYAD in the marketplace, in line with the corporate marketing and communications strategy and within budget.
Develop, strategize and execute social media online plans for ASYAD.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts, with a focus on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram for Business.
Use social media management tools to set rules, assign roles, and provide seamless integration with all stakeholders.
Develop Standard Operational Procedures for responding to inquiries and questions from customers, clients, stakeholders, and other the general public on social medial to ensure timely, accurate and suitable responses on all social media channels.
Work with different departments to solicit information and double check data before responding to social media inquiries.
Play a key role in organizing social media events, engaging with digital influencers, and creating live content.
Actively sourcing content from all ASYAD group companies, departments and teams to create content calendar for ASYAD accounts.
Develop social media content calendar with messages in both Arabic and English
Liaise and align with all marketing and communications teams across ASYAD companies to align social media calendar and events to optimize reach and gain maximum exposure and avoid conflict of messaging and events.
Use different tools to create and produce engaging pictures and videos, including Adobe Suite and video editing and production software.
Collaborate with ASYAD PR agency, content creators, and marketing team on the weekly, monthly and annual content calendar and ensure posting frequency is maintained.
Monitor and optimize social media campaigns based on KPIs, campaign objectives, and in alignment with annual plans.
Report on the performance of all social media channels using a matrix of data sources.
Build viable relationships with our customers, industry professionals, digital influencers and journalists.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any related subject
2-4 years of social media community management experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or travel
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (oral, written, presentation)
Excellent content writing skills in Arabic and English with meticulous attention to details
Self-starter with a passion for social media and for creating engaging content
Curiosity and ability to reach out to group companies to find stories, aggregate content and build rapport with peers from Group companies
Intermediate skills in photo and video editing
Fluent English language is mandatory
Fluent Arabic language is preferred
