Oman's Sultan His Majesty issues two royal decrees

Oman's Sultan His Majesty Haitham Bin Tariq today issued two royal decrees. 

According to a statement issued online by Oman News Agency, among the two royal decrees, the first one is concerned with the amendment of some laws and royal decrees, and the second came is concerning with Omani Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education.
